Experienced Business Manager

We are looking for ambitious individuals with an entrepreneurial mind-set to join our team during this exciting period of growth to further assist in the development of the business. The position is based in a fantastic location in the City of London including national coverage of the entire UK perimeter.
Responsibilities include:
Business Development
- Maximise the potential of your future business unit by designing your business plan with mid-size accounts and major account of the British industrial market;
- Create new business opportunities by prospecting brand-new customers;
- Gather new business leads with existing customers;
- Close deals to support your clients with consulting or service centre contracts;
- Manage the delivery of your offers with the support of the technical managers;
Career Management and Recruitment of your consultants
- Participate to the recruitment policy through the establishment of your own recruitment plan;
- Select and recruit the talents who will join your team;
- Be in charge of the consultant career evolution (career management meetings, annual appraisal, training management…);
Management of P&L
- Be in charge of the level of service of your team on your clients projects;
- Manage the financial performance of your activity;
- Manage the customer relation and satisfaction to build long-term partnership;
What you’ll need to s쳮d;
- Significant experience in the industry, ideally in business development or management of technical projects;
- Consultancy background is a plus
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Management or Business Administration;
- Experience working independently, being result oriented, having an entrepreneurial mind-set, strong communication skills and a natural leadership is crucial. Additionally, being commercially driven is a fundamental aspect.
