Your onboarding process
As soon as you arrive, you take part in an induction “Welcome Event”, run by the Careers Officers and Department Managers. This is where you will meet your colleagues and begin to build your professional network. During your first year, you will benefit from regular progress reviews to ensure your success.
Your career prospects
Your manager will schedule regular follow-up meetings to ensure that your assignment and progress are running smoothly. Every year, you will have a scheduled career talk to agree on your professional objectives, draw up a development plan and a training roadmap.
