At Alten we are looking for dynamic and motivated future leaders who possess the unique blend of entrepreneurial spirit, business acumen with an interest or passion for engineering and technology to join our Business Manager graduate programme.

How does the Graduate programme work?
The programme features 3 x 6-month rotations the last of which is a rotation in the business unit performing the business manager role. You will rotate through key departments including Recruitment, Technical Direction, Sales and a final rotation as a Business Manager in one of our many Business units. Through our programme you will:

Who are we looking for?
- A future/recent graduate with a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in engineering, management, or business administration
