Responsibilities include:

• Business development: identify, negotiate and conclude the sale of technical services to major industrial and technology companies.
• Recruitment and team management: Develop and build the loyalty of a team of consultants already working on various technical issues for our customers.
• Financial management: Manage your profit centre strategically

Eligibility:

• Minimim 12 months’ successful experience within the ALTEN Group
• Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Professional proficiency in English (minimum B2)
• Desire to develop leadership skills and strategic vision
• Goal-Oriented and comfortable with changing market conditions or strategies
• Can-do attitude
