What will you be doing? 

As a Requirements Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our team by translating stakeholder needs into clear and logical requirements. You will join our team in the Midlands to support our activities within the Automotive sector. 

Your main responsibilities will be: 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project objectives and requirements.
• Ask pertinent questions to extract necessary information and clarify ambiguous points.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear, concise, and logical requirements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and understanding of requirements.
• Provide support throughout the project lifecycle, from conceptualization to implementation and testing.
• Conduct thorough reviews and analysis of requirements documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Experience, skills and qualifications required: 

• A degree in engineering, preferably in mechanical or Automotive
• Strong ability to write clear, logical, and concise requirements.
