Key Responsibilities:
Mechanical Analysis:
- Conduct stress analysis (static and dynamic) using tools such as FEMAP, Hypermesh, and NASTRAN.
- Engage in engineering activities for both Product/HW and System level analysis.
- Develop and analyze methods and tools to enhance engineering activities.
Mechanical and Thermal Engineering:
- Oversee Mechanical and Thermal Architecture design and implementation, serving as a team lead when required.
- Conduct thermal analysis using Systema Termika and ensure thermal performance meets specifications.
- Monitor product technical specifications and ensure Detail Design Technical Consistencies.
Project Management:
- Manage projects within the space sector, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to technical requirements.
- Collaborate with suppliers and ensure follow-up on technical issues.
CAD and Design:
- Perform CAD activities using CATIA V5, 3DX, and GD&T, focusing on both mechanical and electrical backgrounds across various phases (A, B, C).
- Ensure design relevance and functionality, facilitating electrical system integration with mechanical components.
