Job Description

We are seeking talented Embedded Software Engineers to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge C++ software for critical defence maritime applications. You will be working on a variety of challenging projects, from concept to deployment. This is a great opportunity for anyone with a keen desire to work on the pinnacle of cutting edge technology with real world impact and we have a number of roles to fill across the projects we are complimenting, so welcome anyone with the below skillset to apply.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and test embedded software systems
• Optimize code for performance and resource constraints
• Collaborate with hardware engineers to ensure seamless integration
• Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues
• Adhere to strict software development processes and standards

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:

• 4+ years of C++ programming experience
• A solid understanding of embedded systems and microcontrollers
• Proficiency in software development tools and methodologies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Eligibility for UK Security Clearance (British or NATO nationality)
